Arbitrary file read via unvalidated board attachment paths

Path traversal in vulnerable Mattermost Boards releases allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through board import and export. During board import, block validation accepts an attachment fileId containing traversal sequences; export then resolves that value as a filesystem path and returns the referenced file. The flaw requires authenticated Boards access and affects 10.2.0 through 10.2.2, 10.3.0 through 10.3.2, 10.4.0 through 10.4.1, and 9.11.0 through 9.11.7.
