Insufficient session expiration in Fortinet FortiOS SSL VPN allows remote attackers holding a SAML session record to reopen its session. The SSL VPN SAML session handler accepts a previously issued record after the associated account is removed and its session is terminated. Exploitation requires possession of that record and restores access to the terminated session despite the administrator's revocation action.
