Communication manipulation via uncleared CDA buffer

Sensitive-data reuse in Honeywell Experion PKS and OneWireless WDM allows remote attackers to manipulate CDA communications. The Control Data Access component fails to clear a buffer before reuse, so residual data can enter a later communication and alter its contents. Network access without authentication is sufficient; the documented result is incorrect system behavior and low confidentiality and integrity impact, not a crash or code execution.
