CVE-2025-25212

Local pasteboard denial of service via improper input

Published Aug 11, 2025 · Updated Aug 12, 2025

Improper input validation in the OpenHarmony pasteboard 5.0.3 through 5.0.3.x allows local users to interrupt the pasteboard service. Published materials identify the pasteboard component but do not disclose the input path, validation omission, or resulting fault that causes the interruption. Exploitation requires low local privileges and no user interaction; the documented consequence is limited to availability.
