Denial of service in Honeywell Experion PKS 520.1 through 520.2 TCU9 and 530 through 530 TCU3 allows remote attackers to interrupt EPA communications. The common Epic Platform Analyzer communication path uses an uninitialized variable and dereferences the resulting uninitialized pointer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation interrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
