Kernel exceptions via non-finalized fence rollback

Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 24.1 through 25.1 RTM2 allows local users to trigger kernel exceptions. The kernel module rolls back a pvr_exp_fence object before it reaches a finalized state, leaving a freed object reachable through improper GPU system calls. Software running under a non-privileged account can reach the flaw locally; the documented consequence is a kernel exception, not code execution.
