VM escape via out-of-bounds vertex-format read

Out-of-bounds read in ChromeOS 16093.57.0 allows guest OS users to access arbitrary addresses inside the crosvm sandbox. Virglrenderer's util_format_description reads beyond crafted vertex-elements data submitted through the virtual graphics path. Code execution in a malicious guest VM is required; successful exploitation can compromise the sandboxed crosvm process and enable escape to the ChromeOS host.
