CVE-2025-25069Network attack vector

Unauthorized database operations via HTTP-to-RESP misinterpretation

Published Feb 7, 2025 · Updated Feb 13, 2025

Cross-protocol scripting in Apache Kvrocks 2.11.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger database operations through HTTP requests. The connection parser accepts requests containing HTTP Host or POST syntax as RESP input instead of rejecting the mismatched protocol. Exploitation requires SSRF reachability to the Kvrocks TCP service and permits unauthorized reads or writes supported by the crafted operation.
