Elevated arbitrary file deletion via improper permissions

Improper permission handling in Lenovo PC Manager before 5.1.110.5082 allows local users to delete arbitrary files with elevated rights. Lenovo has not identified the affected component or disclosed which resource permissions let an unprivileged process steer the elevated deletion operation. A low-privileged local account is required, and successful exploitation can remove files accessible to the elevated process without exposing file contents.
