Arbitrary file read via unblocked maxAllowedPacket parameter

Arbitrary file read in DataEase before 2.10.6 allows remote authenticated users to access server files through MySQL JDBC connections. Mysql.getJdbc checks JDBC URLs and decoded extra parameters against an illegal-parameter list that omits maxAllowedPacket, then returns the crafted URL. Creating or editing a MySQL data source requires authentication; the resulting background connection reads arbitrary server files and submits them to JDBC deserialization.
