Remote code execution via filename command injection

OS command injection in DumbWare DumbDrop before 4ff8469d allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through /upload/init. The server.js notification path inserts the unvalidated filename into an Apprise message and passes the resulting interpolated string to a shell-backed execAsync call. Exploitation requires Apprise notifications to be enabled; a crafted filename can terminate the quoted message and run commands with the DumbDrop process's privileges.
