Contact-picture disclosure via unchecked URL identifier
Published May 14, 2025 · Updated May 14, 2025
Authorization bypass in Combodo iTop before 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to view other contacts' pictures via a changed URL ID. The portal's contact-picture request accepts a user-controlled picture identifier and returns the referenced image without checking access to that contact. A portal account is required, and the reported consequence is disclosure of contact pictures without data modification or service interruption.
