Authenticated SQL injection via unquoted id_tag interpolation
Published Feb 3, 2025 · Updated Feb 4, 2025
SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.2.12 allows remote authenticated users to read, alter, or delete sensitive data via id_tag. The salvar_tag.php endpoint copies the id_tag request value into the unquoted WHERE clause of an UPDATE query without validation. Any authenticated session can submit the crafted request; the published proof of concept triggers a database delay, while arbitrary queries can disclose data or drop tables.
