Memory corruption via oversized X509 serial number

Buffer overflow in Siemens OpenV2G before 0.9.6 allows local users to corrupt memory by supplying an oversized X509 serial number. The EXI parser fails to bound the encoded integer length before writing the X509 serial number into its destination buffer. Reachability requires local access; successful exploitation can interrupt the application without reported data disclosure or modification.
