Stored XSS in Sytel Limited Softdial Contact Center all versions allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript through uploaded XML files. The /softdial/scheduler/save.php resource stores attacker-supplied JavaScript in XML without neutralizing it before /softdial/scheduler/load.php serves the file. The payload executes only when a victim loads the stored file, enabling malicious redirection or login-information theft for account spoofing.
