Unrestricted file upload in Sytel Softdial Contact Center allows remote authenticated users to execute code through its PHP console. The /softdial/phpconsole/upload.php endpoint accepts dangerous file types and stores them in a web-accessible directory. Basic HTTP credentials are required; a successfully uploaded server-executable file grants control of the server.
