CVE-2025-24937

Authenticated code execution via arbitrary file inclusion

Published Jul 21, 2025 · Updated Jul 23, 2025

File inclusion in Nokia WaveSuite Network Operations Center 23.6, 23.12, and 24.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The web application passes an attacker-selected file into an include operation, then makes the resulting file downloadable and executable by the web server. Low-privileged application access is required; local files can be read, and inserted code executes inside the web application container.
