Path traversal in all versions of Sytel Limited Softdial Contact Center allows remote attackers to read sensitive files via HTTP. The /softdial/scheduler/load.php handler fails to confine the id parameter to its intended directory, allowing crafted paths to resolve outside that directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is disclosure of server files rather than modification or service interruption.
