Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized codigo parameter

SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.2.12 allows remote attackers to read or delete sensitive data through a crafted codigo parameter. The get_detalhes_cobranca.php endpoint copies codigo from the request and embeds it between quotes in a mysqli_query SQL string without validation or neutralization. The endpoint requires no authentication or user interaction, and exploitation can execute arbitrary database queries or interrupt service by dropping tables.
