Memory disclosure or crash via misbound ALPN lifetime

Use-after-free in the rust-openssl openssl crate before 0.10.70 allows remote attackers to read server memory or crash a TLS service. ssl::select_next_proto can return a slice into the server protocol buffer while tying its lifetime only to the longer-lived client buffer, leaving a dangling reference after the server buffer is freed. Exposure requires a server application that constructs the server protocol buffer inside the ALPN selection callback; static or longer-lived buffers are not affected.
