Stored XSS via unrestricted custom page rendering

Stored XSS in custom dojo pages in pwn.college DOJO allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. Any dojo user can point a dojo.yml pages entry at an arbitrary HTML file, which the application serves from the dojo's own origin without restricting unprivileged custom pages. A victim must visit the attacker's page; the script then acts within that authenticated origin and can read or alter data available to the victim.
