CSRF defense reduction via SameSite=None cookies

Cookie hardening weakness in SAP Commerce 2205 and 2211 allows remote attackers to induce cross-site requests carrying a user's cookies. The default cookie handling assigns SameSite=None to certain cookies, including authentication cookies used by Backoffice, so browsers send them with cross-site requests. Exploitation requires user interaction, and SAP characterizes the condition as reduced defense in depth rather than a standalone CSRF path.
