Missing authentication in mySCADA Technologies mySCADA PRO Manager before 1.4 allows remote attackers to read settings and upload files. The notification-settings endpoint returns its configuration before verifying that the request is authenticated and authorized. Network access to the administrative web service is sufficient; exploitation exposes sensitive configuration and permits unauthorized file uploads.
