Uncaught exception handling in Qardio Heart Health 2.5.1 for Android, 2.7.4 for iOS, and QardioARM allows attackers to interrupt readings. The affected device accepts continuous startMeasurement commands over an unencrypted Bluetooth connection without catching the resulting exception. Physically proximate attackers need no authentication and can monopolize the device connection, blocking the clinician app from taking patient readings.
