CVE-2025-24815

Malicious file placement via insufficient type validation

Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026

Unrestricted file upload in Nokia MantaRay NM before 25R2-NM allows remote authenticated users to place malicious files on the system. The upload path accepts attacker-supplied files without sufficient file-type validation; Nokia has not disclosed the affected application, endpoint, or validation logic. Exploitation requires low-privileged access from an adjacent network and user interaction, and the disclosed consequence is limited to malicious file placement because subsequent processing is unspecified.
