Local privilege escalation via pickle cache loading

Insecure deserialization in Snowflake Connector for Python 2.7.12 through 3.13.0 allows local users to gain higher privileges. The OCSP validation-cache loader passes locally stored pickle data to pickle.load, allowing serialized reduction routines to execute during reconstruction. Exploitation requires write access to the cache file and a more-privileged Connector process that later loads it, allowing code to run with that process's rights.
