Session-context SQL execution via unparameterized write_pandas arguments

SQL injection in Snowflake Connector for Python 2.2.5 through 3.13.0 allows local users to execute SQL via crafted write_pandas arguments. The write_pandas function fails to sanitize every argument and incorporates them into queries without parameterization. The caller must control those arguments and hold a valid Snowflake session; injected SQL runs with that session's privileges.
