Application crash via unchecked negative column count

Denial of service in Snowflake PHP PDO Driver 0.2.0 through 3.0.3 allows local users to crash applications via unsupported stage queries. The driver treats a -1 query error code as a returned-column count, casts it to size_t, and uses the resulting value in a memory allocation. Exploitation requires low privileges and user interaction, and the PHP runtime error terminates the application without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
