Credential capture via incomplete cache permission validation

Improper cache permission validation in Snowflake Node.js Driver 1.12.0 through 2.0.1 allows local users to capture credentials. JsonCredentialManager.validatePermission masks mode bits with 0600, so owner read/write bits make the check pass without rejecting group or other access or verifying ownership. Exploitation requires Linux, EXTERNALBROWSER or USERNAME_PASSWORD_MFA authentication, temporary credential caching, and write access to the cache directory; a planted empty file receives the victim process's temporary credentials.
