Continuation disclosure via startup-time-seeded identifiers

Predictable continuation identifiers in Apache Cocoon all versions allow remote attackers to read other users' continuation data. ContinuationsManagerImpl seeds SecureRandom with the server startup time and uses its output as each continuation ID, making IDs guessable. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient when continuations are not session-bound, and successful guesses disclose state stored by another continuation.
