One-time bot account access via stale cache

Authentication bypass in affected Mattermost releases allows remote authenticated users to log in once to a converted bot account. ConvertUserToBot revokes sessions but leaves cached user data valid, so normal credentials pass authentication once after the account becomes a bot. An attacker needs credentials for the converted account; the resulting session permits the bot account access allowed by its assigned permissions.
