Unauthenticated profiling disclosure via exposed pprof listener

Information disclosure in GitLab CE/EE 17.9 through 17.9.5 and 17.10 through 17.10.3 allows remote attackers to read runtime profiles. The default configuration starts GitLab Workhorse pprof on a random high TCP port bound to 0.0.0.0 and serves /debug/pprof endpoints without authentication. Exposure requires network reachability to that port; disclosed data is limited to GitLab Workhorse runtime profiling.
