Unauthenticated export disclosure via guessable filenames

Information disclosure in Import and export users and customers 1.27.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to read exports via guessed filenames. The exporter uses a guessable filename for the generated CSV while it is being built, permitting brute-force requests before download. No authentication is required, but exploitation depends on guessing the transient filename during an active export; disclosure is limited to data included in that export.
