Stored XSS via unsanitized admin form fields
Published Jan 24, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026
Stored XSS in Joe Hawes Auction Nudge – Your eBay on Your Site 7.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The admin form stores submitted values without sufficient input sanitization and later renders them without adequate output escaping; public sources do not identify the specific field. Administrator-level access is required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled; a later page view executes the stored script in the visitor's browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
