Stored XSS in Orbisius Simple Notice 1.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. Public records attribute the flaw to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping but do not identify the affected setting or code path. Administrator-level access is required, and exposure is limited to WordPress multisite installations or sites where unfiltered_html is disabled.
