Certificate-cache deletion via missing nonce validation

CSRF in Really Simple Security 9.1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete cached certificate data through a forged request. The recheck_certificate method on the admin_init hook accepts the rsssl_recheck_certificate POST flag and deletes rsssl_certinfo without validating a nonce. A logged-in administrator must be induced to submit the request; the bounded effect is certificate-information cache deletion and recheck.
