Improper access control in Siemens SCALANCE W-700 devices before 3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter SNMPv3 View Types. The SNMPv3 View configuration handler incorrectly authorizes accounts assigned the user role to change a View Type. A network-reachable authenticated user account is required, and the reported consequence is limited to modification of SNMPv3 access-control configuration.
