Payload decryption via shipped TLS key material

Hard-coded cryptographic material in Keysight Ixia Vision 6.3.1 allows remote attackers to decrypt API and authentication payloads. The device ships a TLS certificate that relies on hard-coded cryptographic material, leaving protected sessions decryptable while that certificate remains active. Exploitation requires network access to those sessions and the shipped certificate to remain installed; the reported consequence is payload confidentiality loss.
