Path traversal in Keysight Ixia Vision Network Packet Broker 6.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary device files. Keysight has not published the affected endpoint or the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled paths; the CNA instead describes external XML entity injection. Administrative privileges are required, and the documented consequence is file disclosure rather than file modification or service interruption.
