Internal network mapping via attacker-controlled socket target

SSRF in cecho.php in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.5.860 allows remote attackers to map internal hosts and services via unauthenticated HTTP requests. The script passes attacker-controlled ipaddr and port parameters into Association, whose constructor calls fsockopen without restricting the destination. No login is required; distinct connection errors disclose which internal hosts and ports accept connections.
