Authenticated network access via ignored certificate revocation

Improper certificate validation in Fortinet FortiOS allows remote authenticated users to connect to EAP tunnels with revoked certificates. The IKED process establishes an IKEv2 certificate-authenticated, EAP-enabled tunnel even when certificate validation reports revocation. Exploitation requires a certificate-bearing, EAP-verified remote user; the bypass preserves network access after that certificate has been revoked.
