Sensitive-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds read
Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Mar 11, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Illustrator 29.2.1 and earlier allows attackers to disclose sensitive memory via a malicious file. Adobe has not published the parser, file format, or code path that performs the out-of-bounds read while processing the file. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted file, after which disclosed memory can assist an ASLR bypass; no write or code-execution impact is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
