Untrusted WDDX deserialization in Adobe ColdFusion 2021 Update 18, 2023 Update 12, and 2025 allows remote attackers to execute code. ColdFusion's WDDX path deserializes selected Java classes or packages when they pass the product's class and package filters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code with the ColdFusion process user's permissions; Adobe has not disclosed the receiving endpoint.
