TOCTOU race condition in Adobe Commerce 2.4.8-beta1 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass rate limiting without authentication. A condition used by the rate-limiting logic can be altered after Commerce checks it but before the application uses it; Adobe has not disclosed the affected component or operation. Successful exploitation requires winning a network race but no credentials or user interaction, and the reported consequence is limited to bypassing rate limiting.
