CSRF bypass via overly broad OAuth exclusion

CSRF bypass in Jenkins Bitbucket Server Integration Plugin 2.1.0 through 4.1.3 allows attackers to bypass protection via crafted URLs. The OauthCrumbExclusion extension uses permissive OAuth request and path matching instead of limiting crumb exemptions to required OAuth endpoints. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted URL, and the resulting action runs with that user's Jenkins permissions.
