Observable discrepancies in OTRS 7.0.x, 8.0.x, 2023.x, 2024.x, and 2025.5.x and earlier allow remote attackers to enumerate users. The External Interface returns different HTTP response codes and messages according to whether a submitted email address belongs to an existing account. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed validity of email addresses enables focused follow-on targeting.
