Session hijacking via missing SameSite cookie attribute

Improper cookie handling in OTRS Application Server allows remote authenticated users to hijack HTTPS sessions through cross-site requests. The application server sets the sensitive authentication cookie without the required SameSite attribute, so a request initiated by a malicious site includes that cookie. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim to interact with a malicious site; the resulting request can read data in the victim's OTRS session.
