Credential disclosure via world-readable temporary scripts

Plaintext password storage in Canonical Charmed MySQL K8s before revision 221 allows local users to read database credentials. The operator writes mysql-shell connection URIs and some user-creation DDL containing usernames and passwords to temporary script files with mode 0644. An unprivileged user with access to the operator host can read a file during the operator's runtime and obtain database account credentials.
