File read and write via unsafe rsync options

OS command injection in SFTPGo 0.9.5 through 2.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to read or write local files via SSH. The SSH command handler passes client-supplied rsync arguments to the system rsync process without enforcing the server-mode format or limiting unsafe options. Exploitation requires an SFTPGo account, the optional rsync command enabled, and a local-filesystem backend; access is bounded by server-process permissions.
