Authenticated code execution via crafted sendmail configuration

Command injection in Vaultwarden 1.32.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through the admin panel. The admin configuration accepts a crafted sendmail command and attacker-controlled icon-cache path, then the SMTP test invokes the command with a fetched favicon payload. Administrative access, a sendmail mail agent, a crafted favicon, and an SMTP test request are required; successful exploitation runs commands on the host.
